Check Your SERS Retirement Statement for the Beneficiaries on File for Each SERS Retirement Plan

Your annual SERS Retirement Statement lists the beneficiaries you have designated for each of your SERS plans.

The front cover lists the number of beneficiaries on file for each of your SERS retirement plans.

In most cases, the names of those beneficiaries are listed, along with the other account details, later in your statement.
