Route 8 South, north of Oil City. Just beyond the Agway store, bear left at the "Y" across the bridge into Oil City. Stay straight through town to Veteran's Bridge. Cross the bridge, get into the left lane. Turn left at the second traffic light (Route 62). Take Route 62 (~1 mile) to Route 257 South. Bear right on Route 257 up Seneca Hill, travel about 3.1 miles to the Seneca Regional Office. Look on the left for "The Duawl Plaza." We are located in the center of the building on the right as you enter the parking lot.
Route 62 North, to Franklin. Stay on Liberty Street through downtown, pass the courthouse and Route 8 North. Turn left on Route 322 East to Cranberry Mall (approximately 7 miles). Turn left on Route 257 North for about 2.1 miles. Look on the right for "The Duawl Plaza." We are located in the center of the building on the right as you enter the parking lot.
(From Meadville) Route 322 East, to Franklin (approximately 28 miles). Stay on 322 East through Franklin to Cranberry Mall (approximately 7 miles). Turn left on Route 257 North for about 2.1 miles. Look on the right for "The Duawl Plaza." We are located in the center of the building on the right as you enter the parking lot.
(Via Interstate 80) Interstate 80 West, take Exit 60, Shippenville (Route 66 North) stay on the exit and join Route 66 North, travel about 3.8 miles. Turn left on Route 322 West (left turn) and travel roughly 18 miles. Turn right at the traffic signal at Route 257 North (you will pass a Sheetz gas station on your right). On Route 257 North travel about 2.1 miles. Look on the right for "The Duawl Plaza." We are located in the center of the building on the right as you enter the parking lot.
